Yes. Center V2 (standard version) is free for up to 5 host connections or 160 channels max.
Standard Center V2 can be installed from Multicam Installation disk directly without requiring an USB license dongle.

When more hosts or channels are necessary, an USB license dongle for Center V2 (professional version) will be required.
