- Upgrade Control Center v3.0.0 to v3.0.2 or higher.
- Alternatively, change the following settings:
- Under Windows task bar, locate and double-click on the Control Center Server icon as highlighted below.
- Stop Control Center Service, then select Configure, Network Settings.
- Change Codec to Geo H264 (though please note that the Remote Desktop feature does not support the Geo H264 codec).
- Restart Control Center then reconnect to the DVR/NVR.
- Under Windows task bar, locate and double-click on the Control Center Server icon as highlighted below.
