When power user login to Control Center, Control Center does not startup Matrix.
Solution:
Because Administrator does not set up privilege to Power User
1. Setup start up for Matrix in Administrator account so user will see Matrix folder color become red
2. Right-Click Matrix (red folder) folder to show this option “Privilege Setting”

3. Assign this access privilege to Power User account (e.g. 1).

4. Close or Exit Control Center application

5. Click the Control Center icon on desktop and login as Power User.
Please note use “Change User” / “LogOut” and login back does not startup Matrix
