    Possible Causes
  1. Driver and software version mismatch
    1. Remove existing GeoVision driver from Device Manager.
    2. Reinstall GeoVision driver.
  2. Incompatible driver and software version
    1. Verify whether the software/driver you are installing is compatible with your GeoVision card by refering to Hardware/Software Compatibility Chart.
    2. Reinstall GeoVision driver and software if necessary.
    3. Refer to Software/Driver Upgrade Guide to ensure upgrade is done properly.
  3. Authenticity of the GeoVision card
    1. Locate and verify GeoVision barcode.
    2. Report piracy.
