ERM v1.4 is asking for the admin credentials every time a standard user tries to run the program.
Answer:
ERM v1.4 only technically supports admin account. If you insist on non-admin account, please follow the procedure as below.
However, we are not responsible for any problem.
Kindly note that, ERM v2.0 or later will start to support.
1. Make sure you install ERM in admin account of Windows initially.
2. Change to the admin account to open the GeoStartAgent as below.

3. Switch to standard account to open the ERM.
Note: Normally, you just need to open the GeoStartAgent under admin permission one time. The GeoStartAgent will keep running even if you restart Windows. If you cannot open the ERM, please make sure your GeoStartAgent has opened under admin account. See picture below showing if the GeoStartupAgent Service is running under Task Manager.
